Report a SOFI CLOUD TECH server or IP address being used to violate our Acceptable Use Policy.

Email abuse@soficloudtech.com with as much of the following as you have - the more detail you include, the faster we can investigate:

What to include

  • Reported IP address or hostname originating the abuse.
  • Date and time of the incident(s), with time zone.
  • Category - what kind of abuse (see the list below).
  • Evidence - logs, headers, screenshots, or any other supporting material.
  • Your contact information, so we can follow up with questions or an outcome.
  • Any relevant URLs or domains, if applicable.

What we investigate

  • Spam or unsolicited bulk email
  • Phishing
  • Malware distribution or botnet command-and-control
  • Denial-of-service attack, port scanning, or unauthorized intrusion attempts
  • Copyright or intellectual-property infringement
  • Other violation of our Acceptable Use Policy

What happens after you report

Every report is reviewed by a member of our team against the evidence provided - reports are not acted on automatically. We may contact the customer responsible for the server for an explanation or remediation before taking any action. Depending on severity and evidence, an outcome can range from no action (if the report doesn't hold up) to a warning, temporary suspension, or termination of the affected server or account, as described in our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. We don't publish case status or outcomes to reporters beyond confirming a report was received and reviewed, to protect customer privacy.

This address is for reporting abuse of our infrastructure, not for general support requests - see our Contact page for other channels.
