Last updated: September 2026 · Private Beta stage
SOFI CLOUD TECH is currently in Private Beta. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms as they apply during this beta stage. These terms will be revised before any public, paid launch.
SOFI CLOUD TECH provides Linux virtual private servers (VPS), with a Windows Server evaluation option, on infrastructure we operate. During Private Beta, payment is processed only through a test payment mode - no real charges are made, and no commercial Windows licenses are sold. The service is provided on an as-is basis without uptime guarantees during this stage.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. Two-factor authentication is available and recommended.
Use of the service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for how you and anyone you allow to access your server use it. We investigate abuse reports we receive (see our Abuse Reporting page) by reviewing the evidence provided, and where appropriate, we may ask you for an explanation or for the issue to be remediated before deciding on any action. Reports are not acted on automatically. Depending on severity, evidence, and whether an issue is repeated or goes unaddressed after we've reached out, an outcome can range from no action to a warning, temporary suspension, or termination of the affected server or account.
All payments during Private Beta use a test gateway - no real money is charged. See our Refund Policy for how this changes once real billing launches.
You are responsible for the content, configuration, and security of anything you run on servers you provision. We do not access the contents of your server except as needed to operate the platform (e.g., automated infrastructure operations) or if required to investigate a violation of these terms.
Because this is a Private Beta, features, pricing, and availability may change with limited notice. We may suspend or terminate beta accounts at our discretion, including at the end of the beta period, with reasonable notice where practical.
The service is provided without warranties of any kind during Private Beta. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOFI CLOUD TECH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves, particularly ahead of a public paid launch. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Questions about these terms can be sent through the Support Tickets section of your account, or via our Contact page (SOFI CLOUD TECH, Palestine - Gaza - Al-Saraya Junction - Jad Center Building - Second Floor, phone 0595590999).
