Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: September 2026

You may not use SOFI CLOUD TECH servers or services to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or engage in phishing.
  • Launch or participate in denial-of-service attacks, port scanning, or unauthorized intrusion attempts against other systems.
  • Host or distribute malware, or operate botnet command-and-control infrastructure.
  • Host illegal content, or content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to circumvent resource limits or the security of the platform itself, including attempting to access other customers' servers or data.
  • Engage in cryptocurrency mining that abuses shared platform resources beyond what you've purchased.
  • Violate applicable law in the jurisdictions where our infrastructure operates.

Enforcement

Violations may result in a warning, suspension, or termination of the affected server or account, at our discretion and proportional to the severity of the issue. We may act without prior notice where necessary to protect the platform or other customers (for example, an active attack originating from a server).

Reporting abuse

If you believe a SOFI CLOUD TECH server or IP address is being used to violate this policy, see our Abuse Reporting page or email abuse@soficloudtech.com directly, with details of the abuse (source IP, timestamps, and any relevant logs help us investigate quickly). Every report is reviewed by a person against the evidence provided before any action is taken.
