Refund Policy

During Private Beta (today)

All payments during Private Beta use a test payment gateway. No real money is charged for any order placed today, so there is nothing to refund - test-mode "payments" simply confirm the order and trigger provisioning, exactly as a real charge would once billing launches.

Once real billing launches

This section describes our intended policy for Paid Public Launch - it is not yet in effect, since no real charges occur today:

• A new server that fails to provision successfully will not be charged, or will be refunded in full if a charge was already captured.
• Requests for a refund of a working service are reviewed case by case within a reasonable window of the charge.
• Refunds, when approved, are returned to the original payment method.

This policy will be finalized and dated separately before real payments are enabled.
